Constant Contact , smtp.com etc. Why should I shift to BoxxerMail.?
Why is the pricing of boxxermail so low? ($79/month
for sending 1.5 Million emails per month). What are
the disadvantages of BoxxerMail?
A. Other email service
providers like constant contact and smtp.com are
used by people who need to send regular email newsletters to a
subscribed email list. They are using reputed IPs
and it is very important for them to keep the
reputation of their IPs and hence, If you use their services
to send high volume promotional / marketing emails
to an opt-in purchased list, they will shut down
your services without a refund. The advantage
of providers like smtp.com and constant contact is
that you can expect 100% Inbox delivery and hence
their pricing is very high. ie around $130 per just
100K emails per month.

What are the disadvantages and advantages of
boxxermail.? Our service is normally used by
customers who sends high volume marketing /
promotional emails (50K to 100K per day) to an
opt-in but purchased email list. The disadvantage of
our system is that we use non-reputed but fresh IPs,
that customers normally gets more than 80% inbox
delivery rate but not 100% guaranteed. Still why
should you use our system. The answer is simple.
Our regular customers
who are with us since last 2 to 3 years are only
concerned about one factor - How much they spend?
and how much sales / signups they get for their
product / service in return. With less than 100$ per
month, our customers gets around 1.5% to 3% open
rates for their emails and can send around 1.5
million emails.
Our system works on a
different technology where in the software rotates
the 16 to 32 IPs of the server to send emails. Due
to very little emails of less than 100 emails per
hour are send from a single IP, when spam complaints
come, they get diverted into different IP addresses,

Q. User already has another downloadable email
marketing software and needs only the server. Is it
possible?
A. The importance of using our
technology – ie the software installed WITHIN
the server with IP rotation enabled is explained in
the previous question. The problems faced by the
customers when they use smtp servers from those
companies who provides the server alone, along with
external third party emailing softwares they might
already have, are also explained in the previous
question. We donot provide the server alone. Our
package comes with software bundled with the server.
For sending promotional / marketing emails, this is
the only successful technology presently available
in the global market. If you buy smtp servers from
any other companies and use it for sending emails to
a purchased email list using the software you might
already have, they(server providers) will
immediately shut down your account regardless of
whether you have or donot have rights to send emails
to the opt-in list which you have purchased.
Q. How many emails per day can be send using your software and
server?
A. Theoretically, a customer
can send UNLIMITED number of emails per day. But the
maximum speed of sending is around 3000 emails per
hour from a VPS and around 15,000 to 20,000 emails
per hour from a dedicated server. However we
recommend our customers not to send more than 50,000
emails per day from a VPS and 100,000 emails per day
from a dedicated server. We recommend all our
customers to go for a dedicated server and not a vps
although the cost is a little high.
Q. What is the inbox delivery % using your software.
Does your software check spam content before
sending email and if anybody complain, Will you be
shutting down the service or my website.
You can expect more than 75% of
inbox delivery rate when sending more than 50K
emails per day. When you send less than 5K emails
per day you can expect more than 95% inbox delivery
rate. Yes we have spam checker tool in our software
and you can use this tool to reduce the spam score
of your email content so that all of them reaches
inbox and not the spam folder. Shutting down of the
server very rarely happens because of the spam
complaints getting spilt into different IP
addresses. There is also option to get fresh IPs on
a regular monthly basis. And in the very rare cases
where it may happen, we allows you to continue using
our services after getting an agreement from you
that you will not use our services to send spam /
illegal /fraud email messages.
Q. Why should I use BoxxerMail even though 100% inbox
delivery guarantee is not there for sending my
promotional email marketing campaign.?
A. When you are sending more
than 50K emails per day to a purchased opt-in email
list, you cannot expect 100% inbox delivery since
lots of email ids in your list may be fake and may
get bounced. Higher bounce rate and spam complaints
may affect your inbox delivery percentage. But
still, our customers are getting around 3% to 5%
open rates from a marketing email campaign. Our
customers are re-ordering additional server
installations from us because of this open rate. The

for sending emails to a purchased email list or for

Q. Do we have to upload email data in vps using your
software? In that case what about the privacy of my
email list. Will use copy my email list data ?
A. You will have to create the
email campaigns and upload customer database and
then send it through your server. Neither do our
staff , or our other customers has access to your
email list database, nor do we copy your data to
anywhere else. Your data will remain on your VPS
whose usernames and passwords are safe in your
custody. Please see our privacy policy in the

Q. For our company we need to send emails with our
official company domain as sender email id, is it
possible?
A. User can use ANY existing
email id as sender email id with our software.
Q. I am not a technical guy. Can you install the software in the
server and make my software ready to use?
A. After you purchase the
software for $195 and the server for $79,
installation of software on server, setting up the
configurations and all the rest of the procedures
will be done by us without any extra charges and we
will deliver the completely functional software to
you with login details. All what you need to do is
to login to your software using the user name and
password we provide and then just send the emails.
That is all. You need not know anything about the
technical’s to use the software.
Q. Will my IP be exposed or will my ISP blocks me from sending
emails?
A. No. You are sending emails
from the IPs provided by our hosting providers and
your IP will never by exposed or your ISP has
nothing to do with your email campaign.
Q. I am located in Uganda (country name). Can I
still use your software and services?
A. Our software and services
can be used by anybody in any country in the world.
Wherever you are located, if you have an internet
connection, you can login to the url of your
software and send emails.
Q. How long will it take to receive the product after making the
payment?
A. Email lists are dispatched
as downloadable links within 10 working minutes
after making the payment. We can also send the
lists in DVD / USB Flash drive upon request.

details to access the software will be dispatched

User wants to buy a domain .info for VPS, since its
cheap?
A. User can purchase the .info
domain for VPS for $2 per year from
www.godaddy.com. After purchase send the domain
control panel details to
support@boxxermail.com inorder for us to
install the software

Can I order VPS or Dedicated server from any other
companies and use it with your software?
A. Yes. That is possible. We
can also install our software in any external server
provided by our customers without any extra charges.
But we advise our customers to get servers from our
recommended server providers because their servers
are bulk email friendly. Not all server provider
companies allow their servers to be used for sending
bulk emails. Also not all server provider companies
are willing to provide 16 to 32 extra IPs on their
servers.
Q.
If I am purchasing the server from my own server
provider, what should be the configuration of the
server which I should purchase?
Customer has to purchase a
linux dedicated server or VPS with multiple IPs and
cPanel/WHM control panel with cent os 5 operating
system. Minimum 1GB ram is advisable for better
performance. Any processing configuration and hard
disk space can be chosen. Initially you may order
only 4 or 6 IPs. After getting the server and
installations has been done, you can increase the
number of IPs to 16 or more. This is due to the
reason that normal server providers will not give
you 16 IPs initially. After making the payment for
the software, user has to send the hosting control
panel details and server details, like cpanel and
whm. After sending the details all the rest will be
handled by our system administrators including full
setup and installation of the software.
Q.
User is running a campaign and it is very slow.
After 11 hours, it has only sent 1700 emails.
A. This happens very rarely
with some hosting providers, where in the customer
has purchased a VPS and not a dedicated server. A
VPS is a virtual private server which is hosted in a
shared envirornment. Which means, a single dedicated
server has been splitted into many VPS by the
hosting provider. In this case, the resources like
RAM (Memory), Processing speed and other factors may
be shared with other users of the server. If other
users are using their part of the machine (server)
heavily, then the available resources to our
customer may be limited due to sharing. Normally
this doesn’t happens. But if it happens in very rare
cases, the customer will have to upgrade the VPS
account to a dedicated server with same hosting
provider or cancel their VPS account and get a full
refund from the hosting provider. It is always
better to order a dedicated server for sending more
than 50K emails per day although the cost for
dedicated linux server will be a little higher than
the VPS.
Q.
Is it legal to send bulk emails? What happens when
people who receive our emails complaint of spamming?
A. It is 100% legal to send
bulk emails to an opt-in list even if it is a
purchased email list. But there are certain
guidelines you must follow in order to comply with
the anti-spam policies set by different government
organizations which will be given to you upon
delivery of our software. Our software uses multiple
IPs of the server (16 to 128 Dedicated Static IPs)
to send emails in such a manner that after every
single email is send, the sender IP will be changed.
So when spam complaints are filed by the recipients
who receive emails from our customers, they get
split up into different IPs. The result is that, for
a particular IP, the number of spam complaints will
be very less and hence, the IPs very rarely are
blacklisted and the customers can use their servers
for very long without problems. Apart from this we
give detailed guidelines to our customers on how to
make their campaigns CAN-SPAM Compliant and avoid
being marked as SPAM. In the worst cases of server
shut down due to heavy spamming, we give provision
for our customers to purchase new fresh server after
getting a signed agreement from them wherein
customer agrees to follow the anti-spam guidelines
which are mentioned in the agreement.

How to prevent IP’s from getting blacklisted?
A. Software works with
multiple dedicated IP addresses (16 to 128) in
rotation. ie after every single email is sent,
sending IP will change. Due to very little emails,
being send from a single IP per day, spam complaints
are reduced and IPs are very rarely found to be
blacklisted. This feature makes our software the
favorite of email marketers who need to send huge
volume promotional / marketing email messages.

How many IPs come with your pricing and how much
does an extra IP cost ?
A. When you get the software
you will get 16 IP'S. And for adding on additional
IP'S it will cost you $1 per each additional IP. You
can get upto 128 IPs but more than 32 IPs is not
recommended.
Q.
We need a bulk mail server where we would require
500,000 mails a day.
A. Although you can send
unlimited number of emails using the server, the
speed of sending varies depending upon the
processing capacity and RAM of the server. VPS can
have maximum 2000 to 3000 emails per hour capacity
and a dedicated server can have maximum 15000 to
20,000 emails per hour as the capacity. If you want
to send 500,000 emails per day, it is recommended
that instead of buying a single server with high
capacity, you buy multiple dedicated servers with
lower capacity. Because then you get more IPs from
different IP ranges to use and all of your servers
can be used for long without blacklisting. We
charge an additional installation fee of $99 per
installation on each server which is purchased in
additional to the original first server.

Is your pricing for the software & email lists
negotiable?
A. No. Please do not contact us
for any discounts. According to our knowledge we are
the cheapest providers of this new technology in the
internet. $79 to $139 / month for sending unlimited
emails (Minimum around 1.50 Million emails per

server
A. User can integrate our
software into his domain, since he doesnot have a
server he can purchase it from our recommended
server providers, with hosting charges of 79$
/month. For this user just have to send us his
domain control panel login details or if that is not
possible, he has to set the name servers of the
domain in his domain control panel according to the
details provided by us. But generally we recommend
that the user registers a new domain which is
dedicated for hosting this software.

Q. Can i use personalization
of emails in your software with an excel .csv email
list ?
A.Yes. you can personalize your
email content using the content of a csv file. like
you can insert name of customer in email body
automatically fetched from a .csv file. Select
dynamic content tag in the compose message window
and choose the option to personalize your emails
using mail merge. For eg instead of Dear Sir/ Madam
in the body you can use Dear john, & Dear Annie
These names will be automatically fetched into each
single email from excel .csv file.
Q. Is the software Re-brandable?
A. The software is completely
Rebrandable. Send us your logo and company name
after purchase ,and we will update it on the
software. Later on you can sell this software to
your customers as if it is your own software. All
this for just $195 one time fee.
Q. User wants to know if he
can create his own templates.
A. user can either use
the predefined templates or upload you own template
and can even scan the email campaign to see if it
has any spam contents.
Q. Does the software have
analytics that show open rates and click through
rates
A. user will get your completed
email campaign statistics from the software where
user can see both the graphical and statistical data
of unsubscribed email ids, bounced back emails,
number of clicks of the inside links in the content
of email, forwarded emails and opened email ids.
User can later export those particular email ids to
an external .csv file too which can be used in
further mailings.
Q. How to import email ids
list into the software ?
A. create a contact list, from
the "contact list" tab, click contacts tab and then
"import contacts from a file". Import email ids list
from either .CSV or .txt file , and then load
accordingly. User can not only import email ids from
.csv file, but also the whole record which contains
first name, last name, phone number, fax number ,
url, postal address etc and can later use it to send
personalized emails (each email with unique content)
